blind

I am blind

in a world of riotous color

movements are heard

hooves, then a flash of steel

leaves underfoot

arrows flight

complexity of textures

cool breeze has found me

in this moment of danger

looking down

leaving this world

seeing light for the first time

traveling far

traveling alone

time evaporates

my long-held tears

Uncollected
